The following are members of the Veritas Investment and Management Teams.
Founder & Principal
Rick is the Managing Partner of Veritas Real Estate Investments and is responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management. He also is instrumental in the oversight of the property management, leasing, accounting and construction management activities at Veritas Real Estate Services.
Rick has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate portfolio and asset management, corporate services, underwriting, investment sales and finance. This included working with clients such as GE Real Estate, Morgan Stanley, AMB/ProLogis, Brandywine Realty Trust, Wells Fargo Bank, Northwestern Mutual Life, MetLife and others to drive innovative approaches to property, asset, portfolio and investment management to increase productivity, profitability, investment returns and mitigate risk on over $100 billion of commercial real estate.
He is active in many national and local real estate organizations including ICSC, NAREIM, NCREIF and BC2 and is active participant in the Katz Jewish Community Center and Jewish Federation of Southern NJ serving as a board member and Vice President in the past.
Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.
Vice President, Property Management and Accounting
Stacy is responsible for managing the daily activities for Veritas Real Estate Services. In this role, she coordinates all property management, accounting functions, tenant services, property maintenance and construction oversight.
Stacy is a licensed real estate broker and was formerly with Rose Commercial Real Estate (RCRE). She has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and leasing and led the firm’s property management division. In addition to these requirements, Stacy has been instrumental in managing the firm’s day-to-day operations and finances.
Prior to her work at RCRE, Stacy held a variety of accounting, finance and operating positions including her role as Controller for Short Hills Restaurant in Cherry Hill, NJ and Office Manager and Controller at ATTS, Inc., an international import/export company requiring extensive expertise in shipping, logistics, customs and international banking/finance.
Director, Property Accounting and Lease Administration
Carol is responsible for the property accounting and lease administration functions of Veritas Real Estate Services. Her tasks include oversight of accounts receivable and payable, lease administration, financial statement preparation, and investor reporting. She also involved in the property budget process.
Carol has 10 years of experience in both the public and private accounting sectors of accounting including several years auditing public school districts and municipalities in the South Jersey.
She has been active volunteer with several PTO executive boards and has served as Treasurer and Financial Secretary.
Carol is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Rowan University.
Associate, Property Management & Accounting
Denise’s responsibilities include property management, accounting and marketing functions for Veritas Real Estate Services. She assists in tenant services, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Denise is also responsible for property marketing materials, maintenance of all website content and the distribution of such information to market participants.
Denise has more than 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of accounting. She started her career as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP before moving into private accounting. There she was primarily responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis. She has worked in the healthcare, telecommunications and material handling industries.
Her most recent experience was as co-owner of an e-commerce website where she managed the day-to-day business operations and marketing initiatives.
Denise is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a BS in Accounting.
